It's Official! Gallop Into the Great Lakes! The Unites States Pony Club Convention will be held in Traverse City, Michigan at the Grand Traverse Resort on January 22-26, 2025!
Thank you to all the board members that have been working hard to get all the promotional information ready for the big reveal at this year's Convention. A huge shout out to Amy Fidler for designing and creating the official pin and promotional video, which was shared during the "Passing of the Whip". Your board members, Wendy Willford, Ginger Wisseman, Kerry McKinley and Amy Fidler have put a great deal of thought into this process and will waste no time planning for the 2025 Convention. Thank you all!
There are a lot of changes happening this year and I am excited to be part of them. My name is Jen/Jeny/Jenifer Wolf. I am your new 2024 Regional Supervisor. I have been part of the Traverse Bay Pony Club for 8 years, serving as the treasurer for 7 of them. I joined the GLR board 3 years ago as the JLC Liaison. Last year, I served as the Vice RS under the incredible leadership of Wendy Willford. I would not be here if it weren’t for the already amazing leadership team that was established years ago. My husband, Justin and I live in on our family farm with our two children, Carolyn (15), Nolan (13), 5 horses, 2 golden retrievers, 2 cats, a steer and a goldfish. Carolyn loves all things horses while Nolan loves all things with horsepower! I am a first-grade teacher of 15 years. We are so fortunate to have such a supportive Pony Club family. I look forward to continuing what Wendy started in our region. I am hoping a monthly newsletter will help all of us stay connected more often. Here’s to a great year!
